The Motorcycle Sportsmen of Qld Inc constitution demands that every two years both executive and general committee member positions are put to the member base for nominations and new members voted in.

At the AGM on February 3rd 2026 the following positions will be vacated making way for new appointees to be voted in:

• President
• Treasurer
• At least one general member

Under our constitution the current President & Treasurer cannot be nominated again for the upcoming 2 year term. If there are no nominations for one or both executive positions this would be unprecedented and may leave the club in a position not able to operate efficiently.

To ensure that the club can continue to provide and manage our events effectively, consider giving back to the club as a committee member. Nominating is simple: complete this Nomination Form and have it co-signed appropriately. Return the completed nomination to the Club Manager via email by COB 13th of January 2026.

In order to nominate, vote or proxy your vote you must be a paid member of Motorcycle Sportsmen or have an “Official & Volunteer” membership via Ridernet. If you have not renewed your membership for 2026 please do this before attending the AGM. If you are new to Motorcycle Sportsmen and Ridernet, a quick how-to video can be viewed below.
