How do I become a member?
Becoming a member is as simple as logging in to our online entry system
Payment can be made via direct deposit/credit card.
Membership is $80 per year for adults, $60 for juniors and $110 for a family.
Membership is valid only for 1 calendar year (1st January-31st December).

How do I apply for a race licence?
Once you have joined an affiliated club like ours you can apply for a race license through MQLD.
You will need to have a road bike license or have done a track/coaching day and filled out a simple questionnaire.

What is a MA Licence?
To ride at Morgan Park you need to either have a FULL senior national licence available from www.mqld.org.au or a DAY LICENCE which is available for $25 a day, these need to be pre booked so we can order enough licences for everyone attending.

How do I enter events?
We now have our own online entry system for all of our events so no more filling out pages and pages of entry forms!
How do I know you received my entry?
Once your payment has cleared you will receive a confirmation email from the entry system which also verifies all your information for the event.
What happens if there is bad weather?
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
All Motorcycle Sportsmen events will take place even if it rains, it will be your decision if you choose not to participate.
In very rare cases, if track officials deem the track dangerous due to flooding and/or debris on the circuit, it may be cancelled.
If your event is cancelled due to bad weather you will receive a refund of fees paid and you will need to rebook another day if you wish to attend another event. Entries will not be transferred to another event.
Cancellation of your entry into any Motorcycle Sportsmen events up to seven(7) days prior to an event will be accepted at the club’s discretion and will result in a refund minus an administration fee of $25. Entries will not be transferred to another event.
If you decide to withdraw from a Motorcycle Sportsmen event with less than 7 days’ notice you will need to provide a medical certificate in order to get a full refund. Entries will not be transferred to another event.
If you decide to withdraw from a Motorcycle Sportsmen event with less than 7 days’ notice and do not supply a medical certificate you will be charged an administration fee of $50 which will be deducted from your refund. Entries will not be transferred to another event.

Camping is available from Friday-Saturday nights when we are using the track.

Are there tyre changing facilities at the track?
Yes we do have tyre changing available at the track. Please see Leo & Dave from ART
$15 to fit and balance all brands to your wheels. FREE if you purchase new tyres from ART race service at the track, It's a good idea to preorder tyres to be fitted as we do keep reserve stock but we cannot guarantee to have the combination you may be looking for.
